Occasionally we record promo videos or take promo videos in our trainings. These videos are designed to capture our trainer’s facilitation or teaching and never capture nor disclose confidential participant sharing. The following release is designed for you to give recognize that your image may be captured in frame and to grant permission for such incidental use as might occur on our website, in a promotional mailing, etc.).
I (the “Releasor”) grant permission and consent to Named Ministries DBA Naming The Real (the “Releasee”) for the use of the following photograph(s) and video(s) as identified below for presentation under any legal condition or otherwise, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content.
